Was mucking around in my room and the old bottle of 'fake tan' caught my eye. Since today's weather was good, took off me shirt and slapped some of the 'bluff tan' on meself.
and if i say so, hiak hiak, i think i look good. whahahaa. (narcissistic fuckhead!) combined the nice bronze tan with a body fat of 9.5%, lethal combo. started the year with 14%. am glad after a long year's work of dieting and training, it has finally paid off.
Pity, no one to capture it on film for me.
